Add a note to a BILL object, such as a bill or invoice.

By default, notes are visible only amongst users in your organization. In your request, set isPublic as true to share notes publicly amongst customers and vendors in the BILL network. Set objectId as the BILL object to add a note. For example, set objectId as a bill ID to add a note to the bill.

You can add notes to a range of BILL objects.
